- KHKhue HuynhJul 27, 20265.0All compliment to Kay! Amazing person, they are kind, sweet but not too overexcited and make you feel the pressure to buy. Both staffs at the time I visited let me look around and once I found sth I wanted to try on, they helped me fitting and brought out different sizes. Additionally, Kay assisted me big time with shipping the pair I picked out to New Orleans. The whole experience at the store was quick, yet meaningful. I went here on a Sunday (07/12/26) as the store appeared into my sight in the most magical way. I love Docs and have been looking for a pair of oxford with patent (polished, high-gloss) finish for the past 2 years. Keep up the good work, y'all!

Her thorough expertise, enthusiasm, patience and outstanding customer service is top-notch. I mentioned wanting to customize a pair of my boots and she gave me some great ideas & recommendations. The staff are very knowledgeable, welcoming and were all genuinely excited for me. The store carries a great selection of shoes and accessories. Highly recommend this store!

Kaye and Rin both helped me and they were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Kaye for being so familiar with the construction and repair of docs, and shoutout Rin for knowing all the different doc shoe models so well. 11/10 would recommend this store and its staff to anyone.
