  Called ahead and inquired about an exchange. Jasmine was able to look my receipt up and guided me on how to do the return. When I arrived the store the decor and the environment made it comfortable to relax. I inquired about two pair and she suggested another. She was patient and offered several different sizes. I opted for two pair but one had to be shipped. Even through the shipping process she updated me on the status. Jasmine will certainly be my go to lady in the future. Give her a PTO bonus day off 😏

  this was my first time at this location and Jasmine was a great help, unfortunately they didnt have my size so she was able to order them for pick up at a location even closer to me! she made the process super easy and i will be coming back to KOP just for her!

  Excellent experience at Christian Louboutin in King of Prussia. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole shopping experience feel special. Beautiful selection and outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back.
