  I will definitely be returning! The guard at the front was so nice and friendly! He was very professional explaining the one on one experience, and once we got in the store the experience was incredible! The staff were so nice! We had the pleasure to shop with Helen and she was so nice and knowledgeable and also speaks Russian! The experience was truly personalized and enjoyable! Большое спасибо, Хелен! Our overall experience was much more welcoming compared to other luxury stores we have visited in the past.

  I went in the KOP mall location today. My daughters and I weren’t acknowledged by any of the associates or guard. Instead, we were followed around in the store in silence by an associate. It was an uncomfortable experience for a high end store where I declined to spend my money. I’ve never experienced any of this in other designer stores i.e Burberry, Gucci etc. Please have your staff retrained on customer etiquette. Respectfully, J. Myrie
