Worst Plato’s to sell to. You can bring them exactly what they say they’re in need of and they still won’t buy it.

If I could do zero stars I would. I went to this place twice and both times they told me they couldn’t buy my clothes. This time they told me the style of my clothes don’t match what they sell, But they have dirty ahh used sneakers and crocs for sell? They also told me my clothes has an odor…. That’s a lie because the clothes literally smells like nothing with a hint of the fragrant trash bag I put them in. I DONT RECOMMEND SELLING HERE AT ALL

i think a lot of the negative reviews are about selling to plato's, which i can't really speak on, but as a shopper, i think it was clean, organised, and priced reasonably enough (not thrift store prices-- more like buffalo exchange prices). the staff were all really friendly and polite. target audience is definitely younger... brands tend to be stuff like brandy, edikted, hollister, ae, uo, you get the idea. not a bad thing, just something to keep in mind if that's not your style!

cons-
plus size options are sooooo limited like its actually kind of crazy, and dont get me wrong they do have options its just when you compare the amount of xxxs-l to just the XL options (let alone 2xl+) its hard not look past it
selling is such a loss, going back to the plus size I did bring some things to sell which they chose not to take (totally fine) just so confusing cause then when I asked them about it they said due to the condition/styling when in reality i think its cause of the size. they have what seems like over 50 pairs of shorts on one of their racks, the plus size options obviously having the least options with the tagging also being incorrect (labeling shorts as 11/12 when in fact its neither) so yeah very surprising when they said no to the few options I did bring but ok.
regardless it was probably a blessing since my sister was able to sell some of her items and got a wicked $60 back for 12 items including a handbag soo yeah take with that what you will
the reps are a hit or miss some I interacted with were helpful while others were just kind of rude (dropping a heavy basket inches from where i was sitting) They also said they would call my name when they were done looking through the things I brought but never did, I came to the cashier and told her I was still waiting for them to call it and she said they dont call phone numbers and thats why they said not to leave the store, so it was clear I was dealing with an cause that was obviously not what waws meant.
pros-they do have really cute clothes for a good price
