- SSSmittySep 30, 20261.0JC Penney portrait studio owned by Shutterfly. Very deceitful pricing for bundle coupons. Have to purchase every item listed in the coupon in order to get the 6.99 prints. Have been using them for 4 years and this was never the case. Contacted Lifetouch customer service who stated each store has its own set of rules when applying the coupon - some require purchasing all items while others do not. Will not be returning.

After that visit I began to look for a dress for a wedding. I am kind of picky. I found a dress at Penneys. I had never gotten a dress from Penneys before. I went to the wedding and received so many compliments. My husband loved the dress. The fabric was beautiful and fully lined. Thanks Penneys.
