  I have to say, the experience from another user for 1 star, made me look up maurices a bit more, and their girls are literally trained to help you one on one and pick outfits and clothing eith you for whatever you need. That review SINGLE HANDEDLY HELPED MAKE MY DECISION TO SHOP THERE. When I saw that I would recieve assistance finding a put together outfit for an occasion, I was sold. I am not the best when it comes to style and fashion and I truely wanted another voice to help! And sure enough, as soon as I wanted in, two ladies were there to assist! I got recommendations, I explained what I was looking for, they gathered choices for me, gave me a dressing room and put the items inside on their own. I didnt have to carry anything around, didnthave to think about what matched what, just went in and tried on clothes and outfits when I was ready! I ended up buying something I never would have had the courage to try on in the first place and the experience was refreshing and straightforward. Their clothing is beautiful, I absolutely love all the embroidered pieces and lace pieces, feminine and ruffles, beautiful patterns. These ladies are trained to help you out, it is LITERALLY THEIR JOB. And Caitlinn in particular was amazing! She was polite, respectful, understood when certain items just werent “me”. Loved the experience in this pristine well kept store. Will definitely be going back again! THANK YOU CAITLINN!!

  I have been on this earth for eighty years, and I have learned a thing or two about manners and kindness, which is why I feel compelled to share this experience. The store manager— I believe her name is Caitlyn— was most unpleasant. I got her name from another clerk. I use a walker and had difficulty opening the door to the store, and not once did anyone offer assistance. She stood there and watched me struggle, which I found deeply upsetting and unnecessary. When I finally made it inside, I was immediately overwhelmed with questions, all while being subjected to a very strong odor of what smelled like skunk. The smell was so overpowering that I had to pause between her sentences just to catch my breath. Instead of allowing me a moment of peace, she continued to barrage me with questions. I eventually managed to move away from her, which seemed to irritate her greatly. It was quite clear that her focus was on making a sale rather than showing genuine care or respect for her customers. I will say that the rest of the staff was lovely. A young woman named Rochelle assisted me at checkout, and she was an absolute delight. Unfortunately, due to the manager’s behavior, I do not believe I will ever return to this location. Or any others. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and if I could give zero stars, I most certainly would.

  This store is so amazing! The employees were so helpful. They asked what I was shopping for and made suggestions. I went to the dressing room and they helped me by brining different sizes when items didn’t fit like I wanted. They girl even grabbed a shirt from the back that wasn’t out on display yet that looked more my style. I always come out with more stuff than I intended to by but this makes shopping so much more fun and manageable. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
