First of all the strawberries were delivered upside down, also the flowers were completely dead and not anything like the picture that he ordered. Thirdly, he added a helium balloon and paid EXTRA and it wasn’t even delivered. What kind of business is this? Very unprofessional to do and very disappointing.

Never delivered my same day delivery or gave me any sort of response or notice. Then after pleading for a refund and actually driving a distance to come in person. I got my money back. No further compensation for ruining my loved ones day or mine’s. No apology or actual explanation. This place is a joke as a business. Worst edible experience I have ever had!
