  Amazing store and collection here. Great experience from the second I made an appointment. Sam reached out via email and helped me in store. She really made the experience so enjoyable as I was there with my fiancée to look at some watches for our wedding coming up. After some terrible experience at some other ADs, precision really made an eye opening difference. I will be using this place for all my watch needs.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. I wasn’t there looking to buy another watch, but Joe took the time to show me a few pieces, answer my questions, and share his knowledge. There was no pressure at all. He was simply genuine, friendly, and passionate about what he does. By the time I left, I was excited about my next watch and Joe is now my go-to guy.
