  My son and I were first time customers and I have to say that it was an amazing experience. From the instant we entered the building to the time we had left, it was first class. Samantha had assisted us and she was absolutely incredible. She was extremely warm and inviting and her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. We wound up purchasing two watches and we will definitely be back to continue to build our watch collection. I highly recommend anyone in the area to shop there as it indeed an amazing experience.

  My husband and I recently took our son's Rolex to Precision to get repaired. Prior to walking in I had called and spoke to Madelyn Hill to confirm they were open and could handle the repair. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted. We asked for Maddy and were promptly introduced. We explained our issue with the watch, she walked us through what would happen and after the assessment, clearly detailed our options. We were both struck by her professionalism and detailed knowledge about Rolex watches. She was also exceptionally personable and poised. After the repair tech had completed his assessment of our son's watch, Maddy told us the watch was actually working fine and she outlined our options for watch servicing. While we opted to do nothing immediately, we are committed to returning to Precision for both service and new watch purchases in the future thanks to both our overall experience and, specifically, Maddy's exceptional professionalism.

  My wife and I went there over the weekend looking to acquire a particular Tudor piece (Ranger Dune 36) and to get my wife finally into the watch game starting with trying out a few Rolex lady pieces. Reagan Parker was the watch specialist who helped us at the store. While they didn’t have that particular Tudor piece I was looking for, we simply had the best dealership experience with Reagan. She was super nice and very knowledgeable about the watch brands they carry there (and they have a very good collection of new/preowned brands to choose from). Even understanding that we may not end up with a purchase that day, she was never rushed and super patient the whole time. I tried a few other pieces instead and my wife got to try on at least a dozen different Rolex pieces both new and pre owned just to compare sizes and models given she never owned a serious watch before, and we both asked a million questions. Reagan took care of all that and we left the store with a few registrations on the book and knowing that we won’t get a watch elsewhere going forward because of that wonderful experience. For any watch enthusiasts in Philly Tri State area that don’t want to get annoyed/laughed at at the dealership simply because we ask to try on a watch in high demand or ask too many questions because we get overexcited, I would highly recommend Precision!

  I have sold Precision Watches a few Rolexes when they were in the Willow Grove Mall. I needed a battery and gasket changed in my Breitling Aerospace so I decided to finally visit the "new" location. The building and layout is great. The staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. I was dressed in work clothes (cargo pants and a zip up jacket) with a ball cap and safety glasses on my head that I forget were there. I was helped immediately and while the watch was getting serviced, I walked around looking at their new and used selection. As I was browsing, an older military vet walked in with a service dog. He was disheveled looking and very boisterous. He walked in with the little dog and a smile on his face and was immediately welcomed with the same professional, courtesy and friendly service as the other guests. It was very heart warming to see as I've been in other high end boutiques that did not offer the same experience for customers that looked or dressed a certain way. I believe he ended up getting his watch repaired which was the reason he came to Precision Watches and I think he ended up buying a new time piece on his way out. A very detailed and great experience all around! Thank you!

  I’ve visited several high-end boutiques over the years, and my experience at Precision Watches genuinely ranks among the best. I came in with a shortlist, trying to figure out which watch would be my true go-do-anything piece. Donny greeted me and immediately offered his help. Once I shared what I was looking for, the conversation took off. He was knowledgeable without being overwhelming. I was impressed by how well-versed he was on multiple topics such as local libraries, art, and museums. He offered to put my name on the list, I agreed, and from there he gave me a full tour of the boutique. The visit was so enjoyable I made the decision not to stop anywhere else afterward. I didn’t want to dilute it. A few days later, Donny reached out alongside his colleague Roxana to let me know the watch come in. Coming back the second time, the excellent service remained consistent even to the littlest detail. Roxana was incredible throughout — warm, flexible, and patient. She stayed with me even as closing time approached, never once making me feel rushed. She made sure the bracelet was sized perfectly and took the time to walk me through every benefit that came with purchasing through Precision Watches. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting it right. I’ve been wearing it every day since, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re serious about finding the right timepiece and want to be treated like a person rather than a sale, Precision Watches is the place. I’ll be sending my family and friends there without hesitation.
