- AHAyhan HulaguNov 23, 20241.0I returned a product I purchased the other day. They accepted the return, but while I was waiting for a refund, I noticed they charged me one more tıme. I explained the situation, but they refused to cancel the double charge. So, they took the product back and made me pay for it twice. They were stubborn about not understanding the issue, and after a lot of effort, they finally issued the refund. Their attitude was extremely rude and disgusting. I absolutely do not recommend them. A huge disappointment.
