Gizem was AMAZING assisting us with getting a mattress she was very nice, and helpful also, She helped as much as she could with getting the size of the mattress changed after ordering as i could not get ahold of a human thur the customer care line number I was told i should call , She 1000% deserves a promotion/ raise.

When we did found a pretty light blue dress, we went to the fitting room and the older lady with blonde hair and glasses who works there refused her access to the fitting room to even tried the dress on, claiming she was vacuuming and doesn’t want to re-vacuum after my friend tried the dress on.She had a condescending and rude attitude, I thought the customer comes first before cleaning. So unprofessional.

I’m not a frequent shopper but stuff like this tells me that they lack something and I can only imagine what they overlook on the inside where people can’t see. If you leave this outside for everyone to see!! Nasty !! Pick it up! I see it everyday for the past 2 weeks while waiting for the bus and I can’t believe it’s still there Update: 3 days later and it’s gotten worse. Now theres needles outside their store!!!!!!!!!
