I have still not resolved my points issue, but TODAY, I called the store to confirm that the boots had been returned, since you can't see that on your account. MARISSA was very helpful and patient throughout our conversation. She took the time to investigate the details on my account for me, and was very pleasant to talk with. I just want to say that she is an exemplary employee and that anyone at this location would be lucky to be helped by her. Thanks, Marissa! Will try to update what actually happens with the rewards points
