- AAanneJul 20, 20261.0I believe it’s the manager (other associate I worked with was amazing wish I knew her name) but the manager is the most miserable, rude, disrespectful retail worker I’ve ever experienced. she acts like it’s a nuisance to help you and the attitude is out of this world. mind you the store was complete empty. it’s such a shame because I love AE and this is the only location local to me. She needs to leave or be re- trained because I left feeling upset because of the way she treated me. I had to bite my tongue but i truly wish I didn’t. I guarantee you if staff reads this they’ll know exactly who I’m talking about. It was bad enough that I will avoid this store in the future and only use online.
