  I absolutely love shopping at Nordstrom Rack, but you definitely have to know what you’re getting into. If you enjoy the thrill of the hunt, this place is a goldmine

  I'd love to give an actual review on the Keen shoes however I never received them. The carrier refused to deliver them because, "We were closed", and set up a later delivery date. I still haven't figured out how a residence was "closed". When I attempted to contact Nordstrom about the failed delivery I never got past the gatekeeping AI robot. I made sure I was at home the entire day on the next scheduled delivery day. At the end of the day, I received an email stating the package had been delivered. The only address they showed for the delivery was city and zip code. In case anyone was wondering, I also verified my address was correct on the order form. Did I mention that I also have cameras around my home? Care to guess what the cameras never showed? That's right, they never showed anyone attempting a delivery in a 4-hour window surrounding the delivery time. Guess who did take my call? The Visa credit card company who instantly refunded my money. Additional comments: How many review requests do you plan to send me? This is the 3rd review you've requested and you still haven't delivered the shoes! I've attempted to leave reviews via the email request that you've sent me multiple times. What I am not going to do is check the box stating I agree to your terms and conditions. You know the one that's over 3,600 words. My personal favorite part is, "For any content that you submit, you grant Nordstrom Rack a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, MODIFY, DELETE IN ITS ENTIRETY..." If you put as much effort into your actual job as you did into your terms and conditions, you'd be doing a lot better.

  Good selection but the carts are always broken. Under 5% of the carts have working buckles for kids.
