DONT BUY MOVADO WATCH ANYMORE!!! Why? Because this company become so evil now!! I have a few Movado watchs and recently I sent through the "Key"Jewelers in Christiana Mall in Delaware 2 of them for battery replacement and one of them also need a pin one its clips! It took more than 2 weeks , finally they give estimate one watch for battery and part for $570 ( the watch had service a few years ago and was working fine and Im sure only need a battery, but they told my iit need parts as well!) and other one that need only battery and a pin , they told me need $380 dollars! And the worse part is I have to wait for 100 days from the moment I confirm the repair..( or even more, even up to 5 months) till I get my 2 watchs back , because they said at this moment they don't have any part or even batteries for repairs of these two watch and they are totally back order! .. Can you even imagine a big watch company be that much irresponsible and bloodsucker?? Im not going to give this comment here and leave them alone! I have influenced over 70 YouTube channels and other social media channels! Im old Journalists, thank ypu for giving me good materials and good opportunity to inform the people from now "Why they shouldn't buy Movado watch anymore!" You will hear a lot from me, from now!! Also, I will send lots of emails to other major watch companies, just to say How are you treating your old royal customers!! I know my job, just wait!

Waited for a long time just to have a salesman who knew nothing about the brand nor watches in general. Luckily I do. As soon as I signed the receipt, the salesman then said "oh by the way we can not size the watch today. You will have to go somewhere else." Then manager agrees to size the watch. We come back to the store at least an hour later and it's not sized and the manager left the store. I decided to just take the watch home unsized, only to find the watch covered in greasy finger prints stuffed in a little sack on styrofoam. So glad I made such an expensive purchase to be treated like trash.

Very nice store with a nice collection of watches. The staff is pretty nice, although the watch prices are on the expensive side
