Came in and was greeted by the sweetest girl with red lipstick and a huge smile! Unfortunately she was with a customer and I was helped by Teresa. Teresa’s overall demeanor and customer service was subpar at best, the whole time I felt like just a check to her. I will be waiting for the other girl to be available next time!

As soon as I walked in, I vaguely heard someone greeting customers and mentioning a promotion. I picked out a pair of sandals and asked if they were 50% off; the staff member—an older woman—responded with words and actions that were deeply disrespectful to me as a customer. It felt as though she wanted to kick me out of the store simply because I had misunderstood the discount details. It is truly unacceptable for a customer service representative of a well-known brand to treat a customer that way. I hope you will not treat future customers the way you treated me. Thank you. 🙏🏻
