  So I was here with a friend and I went to use a elevator, and ended up asking an employee if the store had a 2nd floor (the 2nd floor is where we had come from but I have memory problems and forgot) so I asked the employee if there was a second floor he said "Well yeah thats where you came from. What are you new to this country or something? (laughs sarcastically)" like what 😭 I then apologized to him and he said "No worries we got some clothing for you its waiting in the childrens section and theres some manikins that want to see you too" again What. 😭 Genuinely one of the weirdest and rudest employee interactions Ive had and the rudest employee Ive met also when we went up the escalator he followed us and my friend waved down to him as we left and said bye to him he then said "what did you guys see the halloween decorations or the chickens?" I said no sorry we're leaving and he said "yeah thats what I though (passive aggressively)" anyway's it was a older probably 70+ maybe pushing 80 guy with white ish hair and glasses a kinda deep ish voice and a wrist watch and a really condescending tone of voice hope something is done this guy was genuinely harassing 2 teenagers over asking him where a elevator went 😭😭😭

  I went in to pickup an online order this Saturday afternoon. I came in to a checkout desk near the children's department. I asked the young man there, where I needed to go for the online pickup. He was so pleasant and happy to explain exactly where it was located (excellent, detailed directions 👍👍) When I got to the service desk, the youn woman there was just as lovely and happy as her coworker. As I came back past the young man on my way out, he ask me if I found it okay, "Yes! I said, thanks to your excellent directions!" I was so impressed with their wonderful willingness to be helpful, I just had to give them both a fantastic review and say thank you.

  Customer service attendant who checked us out was named Jazz and she was amazing! She was so kind and even helped my son with her patience and smile. Learn to use a tap to pay for the first time. She was so pleasant and kind I made our day.

  The photographer Mariah was the sweetest she helped me with my pictures for senior year please give her a raise, she is an amazing person!!

  Place is a dump, a good portion of the store no longer has flooring and is just bare concrete. I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee by the name of Jazz. She was rude and very unprofessional. No wonder malls are dying when this is the shopping experience they have to offer.
