When walking around with clothing I selected, an employee offered to take it to the register for me so I didn’t have to carry it around. Each time I had a question it was answered with a smile. The manager Erika rung me out and was a treat to talk to. This is my first time shopping at this Express and I will definitely be back!

If you take longer then they like they judge you. As we were leaving the guy said in his headset in front of us at the register “yeah the girlfriend and boyfriend are leaving and actually bought something”. When we called back the same guy answered when we asked to speak to the manager he claimed to be the manager. So unprofessional! Definitely horrible service!
