- DMDylan MesserschmidtAug 3, 20261.0Bought a shirt, never wore, or even looked at it, through it in the washer and noticed a stain on it. The store, online customer service, and their customer service through phone refused to do a simple exchange. A $20 shirt which is $10 online. Bought a pair of pants less then a year the seem busted out of them. They refused to do anything for that as well. Refunds/returns/exchange do not exist along with customer service. Sad walmart will return anything, amazon will allow you to keep items and issue refunds.

Contacted online support who said I can’t do anything besides go back to the store. So it’s either drive another hour and a half or throw $45 away.

The entrance door was unlocked and open at 9:59 a.m., even though the store does not open until 10 a.m. I recommend training staff to address customers appropriately. I hope this type of behavior does not align with management or corporate standards for treating loyal patrons.
