Line so long to check out and every employee except one was checking ppl out while everyone else stood around joking & laughing with one another. Took 20 min to check out when there’s two registers that could’ve been used!! Ghetto and trashy sorry not sorry

However, instead of being understanding, the manager was visibly getting frustrated and sassy with me as I was trying to understand. Very disappointed with how I was treated.
