  The manager there was so incredibly rude. I was trying to exchange a friends dress to get mine and did not realize I had to bring her card, which was my mistake. However, instead of being understanding, the manager was visibly getting frustrated and sassy with me as I was trying to understand. Very disappointed with how I was treated.

  This is my teen’s go to store. I found the dress she needed on-line which let me see what location had in-store. Online website listed only 1 left in her size at KOP. Drove to store and asked a store staff to confirm they had it. Staff seem nice, yet not helpful with customers looking for a dress. She just said, “yes it says it’s here. But where? Well, look around”. So, I started looking in the racks of same color, looking and looking in a crowded store. I asked another staff if she can help me or at least point me in the right direction because the dress looks like others but I needed the specific style. She looked confused when I asked. She didn’t look busy. She points at where that one last dress can be- a needle in a haystack. Finally, I went back up front and asked if someone can help me because it’s the last one and I couldn’t find it. Only ONE lady offered genuinely. She found out that the dress was damaged and brought it out. Had she not been there, I would’ve been stuck on my own. She helped me throughout the process, was kind, patient, and seems she liked her job and/or had customer service experience. I wish all the staff had the same attitude in case I have to go back.
