My husband and I are Van lovers. Van sneakers, Van socks, Van clothes. We shop at the King of Prussia Van store often, too often, lol! We want to give a huge shout out to Raegan. She is the absolute epitome of what Customer Service should be. She always meet you with a smile, a kind word and suggestions for new sneakers or whatever is the latest trend. I think the Van store is extremely lucky to have an employee like Raegan! Thank you for being so awesome Raegan. I would also like to thank, Joya, she helped us this Saturday and she was amazing!

I've only been to this store maybe twice and honestly the customer service was terrible 😭 its a young kid with really long hair and a beanie, maybe early 20s. I walk in and they have this table with all this Halloween stuff and I love Halloween so I immediately walk up to the table and 3 employees are standing in front of it. He looks up at me twice, doesnt say ANYTHING and I just smiled as I am looking at the stuff and said "hi how are you"... he legit looks at me and says "working"... I laugh it off awkwardly and made a comment how excited I am they have some Halloween stuff out and he GESTURES around and says yeah we have a lot out like i was dumb for saying that. He was the rudest person and for no reason 😭 so I just stopped talking to him after that and wanted to leave. I bought shoes, socks, and a t-shirt. Tbh this is how most customer service is nowadays, its just non existent. Please tell me how it is acceptable to say "working" when a customer is making small talk and trying to SPEND money IN YOUR store. He was also chatting it up with his colleagues so its not like he was awkward or shy or something. Sucks this is the only vans store near me 😭

Not really a variety of sizes in stock...better deals are to be had @ their outlet location.
