  I have been in the KOP store several times and finally decided it was time to purchase a few shirts. The fit was spot on. Not being the tallest guy, they fit perfectly and the quality of the shirts is on Par with other major brands such as Ralph Lauren for an example. What was the best part was the attention the staff showed. They took their time, making sure I was comfortable in the size and the cut of the button ups (slim vs regular). The manager (Violet) was a pleasure to work with. By far the best experience shopping I have ever had and Violet made sure that all shirts were steamed as I had mentioned I was going to dinner that night and was unsure which of my awesome new shirts I would choose. I recommend taking the time to at least walk in the store and give them a go. You won’t be disappointed.

  Today’s UnTuckit - King of Prussia shopping experience was EXCEPTIONAL! The store manager, Ala’a, provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in YEARS - he was cordial, knowledgeable, a great listener, & found both button-down & polo shirts that met or exceeded my very-specific requirements - & made the whole store experience fun & positive - & I generally hate shopping. His assistant Violet was wonderful as well. I’d definitely recommend this store - & look forward to coming back!

  Brandon was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help. Every time I’ve been there, the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful service and a great product, especially for those of us who do not like to tuck our shirts in!

  I have been having an issue trying to reach someone on socials and via email. I ended up calling the KOP location and Brandan was super helpful and through. He did a great job and he had someone reach out to me as promised to rectify the issue. THANK YOU BRANDAN
