  This store has been one of my favorites for years. People have been amazingly nice and attentive. Today June 23rd I went there to show my family where I like to shop (by the way, thay are just visiting me from another country). We were looking around and my family decided to purchase some polo shirts. An older guy (employee) approached us acting as if he wanted to help us but at the same time as if we were bothering him. For some reason he was being extremely rude and condescending to us. I don't know if it was because I was speaking in Spanish to my cousins. At the end I asked him if he needed my email or phone number to put in the system because I am a regular customer. With a rude tone he replied to me "this is Ralph Lauren, we don't give discounts here" which I replied i am not asking for discount. I know for a fact that every time I go there they ask me for my email or phone to find me in their system. When I asked the employee his name, he refused to answer. I am a big believer that as people we should respect each other regardless of differences. I dare to say that he was treating us poorly because we are Hispanic. It sad that the experience this employee gave us ruined my family's experience. I fear for the uneducated and racist people.

  Waste of time. Went in some time ago, I mean it’s nothing in the store. It’s da size of a storage bin with 5 things in it. Don’t see the point of a store if it has no selection

  Employees are flat out rude. Long story short I was not physically able to come into the store so my husband went for me. 1. He was not greeted. 2. He tried to take photos and a video for me to see what I wanted and an employee stopped him stating it was not permitted. When my husband asked why he said “because I’m from corporate.” When my husband asked where does in the policy that I cannot take a photo (because we have never had this issue in other Ralph Lauren locations) and he proceeded to tell him “it doesn’t matter. I’m from corporate”. We will not be purchasing nor returning to that location.
