  Forgot to Publish this review, on vacation in April visiting PA and Philly. Walked in here with about $1700 to spend and felt like I was more of a burden than a customer. I always walk around with shorts a t shirt and flip flops to see how people will treat me and in this case I walked out with just a wallet. Probably would’ve bought more but felt like I was rushed out of here. You can look at my account for Ralph Lauren whenever I come in I buy something. Disappointing experience. Other than that super cool inventory, and stuff you normally can’t see if you don’t have a Ralph Lauren nearby.

  The male staff in store yesterday was quite unpleasant. I asked a simple question to which he responded with just “no”. And when I asked a follow up question, he then said “you asked me and I said no”. I’m not sure if it’s because of the way I look or dress or how I didn’t wear my Chanel purse, but the entire interaction felt targeted and degrading…

  This store has been one of my favorites for years. People have been amazingly nice and attentive. Today June 23rd I went there to show my family where I like to shop (by the way, thay are just visiting me from another country). We were looking around and my family decided to purchase some polo shirts. An older guy (employee) approached us acting as if he wanted to help us but at the same time as if we were bothering him. For some reason he was being extremely rude and condescending to us. I don't know if it was because I was speaking in Spanish to my cousins. At the end I asked him if he needed my email or phone number to put in the system because I am a regular customer. With a rude tone he replied to me "this is Ralph Lauren, we don't give discounts here" which I replied i am not asking for discount. I know for a fact that every time I go there they ask me for my email or phone to find me in their system. When I asked the employee his name, he refused to answer. I am a big believer that as people we should respect each other regardless of differences. I dare to say that he was treating us poorly because we are Hispanic. It sad that the experience this employee gave us ruined my family's experience. I fear for the uneducated and racist people.

  Waste of time. Went in some time ago, I mean it’s nothing in the store. It’s da size of a storage bin with 5 things in it. Don’t see the point of a store if it has no selection
