  If I could give Derek at the King of Prussia Oakley 100 stars, I absolutely would! He is hands down one of the best customer service professionals I have ever met. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer every question while making sure I found exactly what I needed. Derek is everything customer service should be and then some. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail turned a simple shopping trip into an outstanding experience. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way he does. Oakley is incredibly lucky to have someone like Derek representing their brand.
