  Update Jul 5, 2026: After all that, I got home to put the purchased bras in the wash only to be sold the wrong size!! I asked for a triple cup sized bra and received a double cup size. Folks don’t use their listening ears, but use their preconceived notions. I wish we were in a better place than that. Original on Jul 3, 2026: Would not shop here again. I went to this store to buy some bras for my mom. I thought we’re having a decent experience then here comes the manager that they need to see my ID. I ended up showing my retired military ID just to avoid more problems. What was supposed to be a simple shopping experience for me and my mom turned out to be, we need some ID to shop here. I suppose I won’t visit this Nordstrom store again. I was supposed to buy one more online because they did not have the 3 that I wanted. I was too pissed to buy anything else. I almost walked away from buying the bras for my mom. I’m not sure if it was the salesperson who started it because as I was waiting for her to come back with the 2 bras, she walked right by us without even looking our way. I thought she went to check the back for the 3rd bra because she had 2 in her hands. I didn’t realize she went to get the manager to ask me for ID. What a horrible experience. I used to live in Philly back in the early 2000s and decided to go to King of Prussia on the way to Scranton. Huge mistake.

  Horrible customer service. I sat on hold for 30 minutes 3 times with no response each time from anyone on an order I placed. I had to keep redialing the operators who tried to get me to the right place. It’s just does not make sense that they sell high end merchandise but have such a low standard for customer service. My order also was supposed to be same day pick up with delayed 3 days with no response from any associates at this location.

  I had a wonderful experience shopping here, and I especially want to thank Carmen for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Carmen took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without ever making me feel rushed. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. Customer service like this is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you, Carmen, for going above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store.

  I went to get a couple stuffs from the Chanel beauty department on Wednesday evening and Fay, helped me and also made me very comfortable. She’s a very warm and beautiful lady, I felt appreciated by her welcoming personality

  Went today looking for a formal gown, I mentioned to Paige a brand that I liked that they didn’t carry on the floor but she mentioned they sometimes get returns. She came to my dressing room after finding the exact brand and size of dresses I was looking for and I left with the perfect dress! She went above and beyond and it was very appreciated.
