  My kids love coming to Nordstrom! They always enjoy looking around and finding something they like. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Shopping here with the kids is always a nice experience.

  I bought a bathing suit for a trip and by the second swim in the pool the bathing suit was white washed and the color bled out of the top layer. I was already on vacation so there was no way to replace the suit.

  I’ve gone to this location multiple times for shoes, and have not been helped unless I look a specific way or wear expensive things. All sales associates were annoyed helping me, even though I was there to spend money. I had to leave multiple times and order online because I didn’t even want to give commission. The thing that sent me over the edge is when a sales associate messed up my whole order, I went to the manager and tried to get it fixed, she acted like I inconvenienced her, and sent me off to the same sales associate that messed it up. The only reason I will come back is because it is close by, but besides that I’ve never had a good experience.

  I went to the NARS makeup counter at Nordstrom in King of Prussia the other day and Jenna was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and patient and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Her level of expertise and experience really stood out. She took her time with me, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. What really stood out to me was that Jenna never once mentioned that she was a manager. I didn’t even know until after I left and looked at her card. When I saw her title, I thought, now I see why. The way she carries herself and the way she treats people really say it all. Jenna made such a great impression on me. She’s the type of person who makes you want to come back and shop at Nordstrom. Thanks again, Jenna.
