I placed an online order for pickup today (Sunday) on an in-stock item to try and save some time. 5 hours later, it still showed as “preparing for pickup.” Since I’m closeby and needed the item today, I went to the store. After standing in a ridiculously long line, the girl at the register was rude and looked like she’d rather be anywhere else. No smile, no hello. After showing her the barcode on the email, she said, “Your order might not be ready today.” Gee thanks. I didn’t get the perfume bottle I wanted, but I got a heaping of attitude from your cashier. Nordstrom Rack - you need to do a better job of specifying pickup timeframes in your confirmation emails. As soon as your system allows me to cancel this item for refund, I will. I walked next door to Ulta Beauty and was in and out in 15 minutes with the item I needed.
