Marc Jacobs is great but the employees are rude and give dirty looks. Shout out to Ella for being so kind and not being judgmental.

This is the first time I'm purchasing at Marc Jacobs here in America. Today I'm looking for a Mother's Day gift for myself, and I just fell in love with this very cute bag in the picture. I was hesitant when I first saw it and walked around to see if I'd find a different one. But I ended up going back and settling on buying it. Elizabeth briefly explained the material and how to use the bag, and it made me even more set on buying it. I'm happy with my purchase, and I will definitely go back and purchase another bag to add to my collection.

Very poor customer service unless you enjoy being yelled at for trying to return an item brand new with tags. I would choose any other location. Great brand and products just a poorly run location.

Great experience at the King of Prussia store. I walked into the store thinking i would not find what i was looking for and the sales associate Kayla was sure she could help me find exactly the right bag. She was upbeat and very pleasant which immediately put me st ease. Kayla asked me a few questions and within a few minutes she had the perfect bag and strap picked out for me. The manager Sierra was supportive as well in making sure everything was perfect for the sale. An amazing experience and without a doubt that will be my first stop for my next handbag purchase.
