  Got a new pair of jeans here. The sales associate was so sweet and patient helping me make my decision. They have a lot of different lengths, cuts, and denim colors to choose from. I ended up choosing something outside of my usual comfort zone with the encouragement from my sister and am looking forward to wearing them!

  The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the clothes are cute and high quality - both men’s and women’s. My only complaint is that the fitting rooms are HOT like a sauna! The little lights in each room are like heat lamps! Won’t stop me from shopping here though, just please change the lights or something! 😅

  Absolutely fantastic and attentive staff. I really needed shorts for the summer as a new mom who went up a few sizes. Two associates were incredible in helping secure me the biggest changing room with my baby who was in a stroller. They also stuck around close by to help me grab multiple pairs of shorts. I went to many other stores before purchasing from Madewell. Their shorts were by far the most flattering when I needed a bit of a confidence boost postpartum.
