  People expect more from Lululemon KOP! When all the other mall stores open at noon and all thirty plus customers are outside patiently waiting to shop you should open on time or at the very least let the customers know why you’re not opening as scheduled! Additionally when someone calls to inquire why you’re not open I’d highly recommended manners, and a little bit of professionalism answer when answering the phone!

  I never leave reviews honestly I feel like it’s a waste of time bc who cares but I have to get my feelings heard somehow. Every single time and I mean, EVERY time I’m in this store I get ZERO help. I don’t know if it’s my skin color, or what. But the security guard instantly followed me into the store soon as I walked in yesterday. I was walking around back and forth trying to figure out a size (zero help) being as though there’s literal children running the store I don’t expect much else but come on??? I literally have had a gift card for this store since Christmas for $250 and have yet to use it because every time I try to my experience is everything but pleasant. It’s a shame because I genuinely want to purchase something especially since I have a gc but it’s like a joke. Literally the girl in the fitting room told me to look online for more options lol. Sad really Wait I just read through the reviews and it’s not just me!!! lol they have so many bad reviews how is it not 1 star???

  Various selection of styles and friendly staffs although they made me feel a little bit overwhelmed Came in on the first day to purchase but had something to return on the second day, the process was quick and easy.
