- KHK HaefJun 24, 20261.0I recently had a disappointing experience with Lululemon's customer service. It appears that they have a practice of reselling items that have been worn and returned. I ordered the items while at the store because the size I wanted was sold out. I received my order 10 days after placing it, which was handled by Lululemon and Narvcar shipping. Unfortunately, the item arrived in poor condition. I had placed my order on 6/16/26. One full-price item arrived on 6/18 without protective packaging, and the second item, which was on sale, arrived 8 days later, wrinkled, no plastic protecting it from shipping. It arrived in a torn envelope. Due to Lululemon's return policy, which does not allow online returns for sale items, I am required to travel over 45 miles to a physical store to return the item. I am troubled by this policy and the company's origins. The founder of Lululemon, Dennis J. "Chip" Wilson chose the name Lululemon because Asian people struggled to pronounce it. I find this reasoning to be culturally insensitive. I have decided to discontinue shopping at Lululemon and would give them a zero rating if possible.

When all the other mall stores open at noon and all thirty plus customers are outside patiently waiting to shop you should open on time or at the very least let the customers know why you’re not opening as scheduled! Additionally when someone calls to inquire why you’re not open I’d highly recommended manners, and a little bit of professionalism answer when answering the phone!
