  I had such a great experience at the gorjana store in King of Prussia. I bought a gorjana chain about five years ago from a small boutique in Philadelphia, and recently the clasp became loose. Since I hadn’t purchased it directly from gorjana and the style was several years old, I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I stopped by the store to see if anything could be done. Juliana, the associate who helped me, was exceptional. She recognized the chain immediately, knew the exact style name even though it had been discontinued, and was able to look it up in their system. I was genuinely impressed by how knowledgeable she was about the brand and its products. Because the necklace was discontinued, she offered me store credit and then patiently helped me choose a replacement. I ended up leaving with a beautiful, updated necklace at a great price. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I’m also very impressed with the quality. I wore my original gold-plated chain for five years and it never tarnished or discolored. I was also happy to learn that gorjana recycles its products to help reduce waste. I typically buy jewelry from larger luxury brands like Cartier and Tiffany & Co., but this experience was a good reminder that excellent service and product quality are not limited to the traditional big names. In fact, after a recent disappointing service experience with another luxury jeweler, gorjana’s approach felt especially refreshing. Highly recommend gorjana, and especially the King of Prussia location. Thank you, Juliana, for making the experience such a positive one!

  About a week ago I came here with my friend and boyfriend. The girls (one was redhead and the other had dark hair) were so nice and welcoming. They were super bubbly and gave us water. Next time I come I would definitely come back just for the atmosphere!
