  Customer service from Nikki was refreshing. She was so nice to me. It feels good to be seen, as it’s rare to find anyone genuine these days. I left with a beautiful set of Adrian loafers for my new job. My first pair of docs! I’m so happy. I can’t wait to come back! Thanks Nikki

  The staff at this location is really phenomenal. I interacted with OJ and another staff member (I forgot her name, but was also so friendly). I was looking for a pair of sandals that offered support for my old lady feet, so Dr. Martens was a solid choice, but I really wanted something that I could wear with with shorts or a summer dress that didnt overwhelm my chunky, but short, appearance. My feet are bigger than they should be proportionally and I want to be a part of the set and not have my shoes stand out like a Starbucks cup in an episode of Game of Thrones. OJ showed me several pair, I decided on one, she brought out a few, including one I thought wouldn’t look right so initially said no to as a display item. Anyway … I went home with the pair I originally said no to, and not because OJ was in anyway pushy but because she knew trying them on would be different. She was very kind and helpful for the short time I was in the store, and she made me feel like I mattered. I generally so “no thanks” when associates approach, but OJs initial greeting and presence was so easy, i didnt have even a moment of “no!” when she approached me. Thank you!!

  I went in for a new pair of sandals and the employee Luke was very kind and knowledgeable. He showed me how to use the Wonder Balsam to help keep the leather soft. He also has really great hair, I will be back to this location for all my Dr. Martens needs. Also, please please please bring the white boots back, pretty please!

  Don’t waste your time shopping online!!! Come to the ACTUAL PHYSICAL store and hear some of the best shoe advice you’ll get anywhere. My dearest Veronica will hook u up. I didn’t even consider buying insoles before she’d mentioned them & now my shoes actually fit. The helpfullest worker !

  I never leave reviews but the two women working at the end of the day on Thursday night (4/23) were so welcoming and helpful! Super pleasant and knowledgeable... this store is lucky to have employees like that!
