  I had a wonderful experience at Dior thanks to one of your employee COLBY. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made my visit so easy. He solved my issue quickly and with such a warm attitude. Dior truly needs more people like him on the floor in every store. Exceptional service!

  Donald was amazing at helping my mother pick a bag to celebrate her 80th birthday! He was also able to help her accessorize it with a scarf to add some style and color. I would HIGHLY recommend to shop with him! Low pressure to buy and really wants you to get what you love and sending a personalized cart so you know what pieces you looked at with him.

  called ahead about a pair of sneakers I wanted as my Valentine’s Day gift. I was told they had them and that a salesperson would even drive two hours from Washington, DC to get them.When I arrived at the store, I was treated rudely by one employee — so noticeably that even my son picked up on it. I wasn’t dressed up that day, and it became very clear that I was being judged based on my appearance.Although the sneakers were there, I was suddenly told they were for someone else.This experience reminded me that some salespeople don’t value clients or assume what you can afford based on how you look. That mindset is wrong.Because of how I was treated, I will never shop at this location again.

  Bianca was very unpleasant and disrespectful and arrogant. she was argumentative towards me which made me not want to purchase my bag. customer service was not there and she was so unprofessional i had to make a review i hope someone has a one on one with her about her clientele servicing
