  I called the store for their location, because I don't normally shop KOP Mall. The person claiming to be the manager was condescending and rude and actually DID NOT know what other stores were close to assist. This is retail and he spoke like this store was the pinnacle of life's experience. Puh-leez!

  called ahead about a pair of sneakers I wanted as my Valentine’s Day gift. I was told they had them and that a salesperson would even drive two hours from Washington, DC to get them.When I arrived at the store, I was treated rudely by one employee — so noticeably that even my son picked up on it. I wasn’t dressed up that day, and it became very clear that I was being judged based on my appearance.Although the sneakers were there, I was suddenly told they were for someone else.This experience reminded me that some salespeople don’t value clients or assume what you can afford based on how you look. That mindset is wrong.Because of how I was treated, I will never shop at this location again.
