Bizarre, extremely weird & rude experience at this store that I never experience at stores in NYC or Dubai ADs. I made an appointment to look at watches for our wedding. No greeting from anyone inside the store, there was a lady (Donna) in the front of the door, counting something who did not acknowledge or greet us. We mentioned we had an appointment, she said she lost her count and left then came back.
After finding out we were possibly looking for 2 watches, the attitude changed. Just a very bizarre experience for a retail store in this day and age. There are other ADs right outside this store and even grey market that will treat you better.
In sales especially in this day and age with so many options - greeting, rapport building, or even basic courtesy goes a long way. Completely turned me off and will make my purchase from a close by AD instead. Don’t bother making an appointment here there is no point.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Bucherer, thanks to Matthew. We came in to purchase my first Tudor to commemorate the birth of our first son, and he made the entire experience exceptional.
From the moment we walked through the door, Matthew was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the details of the watch, and made us feel completely comfortable with such a meaningful purchase.
This experience reinforced that you’re not just buying a great watch—you’re also buying from a great store and a great salesperson. Matthew’s professionalism and genuine enthusiasm turned an important milestone into a memory we’ll always have. Thank you Matthew!
Extremely disappointing experience.
The staff came across as arrogant and dismissive, acting as if they were the only Rolex dealer in existence. Instead of making customers feel welcome, the attitude felt condescending and entitled from the moment I walked in.
I've visited many Rolex authorized dealers, including 1916 and several others, and the difference in professionalism, customer service, and overall experience is night and day. Those dealers understand that luxury retail is about building relationships and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, this store seems to have forgotten that.
To make matters worse, this is one of the smallest Rolex locations I've visited, yet it somehow manages to deliver the biggest attitude. The selection, service, and customer experience simply do not justify the arrogance.
There are plenty of other Rolex dealers that value their customers. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Glorified retail workers who act like they own the place, particularly the female rep at the Rolex section. Ended up going grey market and purchasing a Vacheron Overseas as the sheer arrogance of this place turned me off from ever going here again. As someone who owns multiple businesses, I would have fired any of my workers on the spot who showed this sort of pompous attitude to any potential clients.
My fiancé and I visited Bucherer just to look around, and we ended up having one of the most exceptional shopping experiences thanks to Andrew Singer. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.
We looked at quite a few Rolex pieces, and at no point did he ever make us feel pressured or rushed. Instead, he took the time to educate us, offer incredible advice, and help us find the perfect Rolex to celebrate such a meaningful moment in our lives.
What impressed me even more was learning that Andrew had only been there for three weeks. His professionalism, confidence, and customer service were truly outstanding and far beyond what we expected.
Thanks to Andrew, I now have a timepiece that I will cherish for the rest of my life and always associate with this special chapter with my fiancé. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable experience — I highly recommend asking for Andrew Singer if you visit!
