  The sales clerk was super friendly!!!!! He gave me water and was very patient with me. Very attentive and kind. I think his name was kevin. I would recommend this location❤️

  DO NOT SHOP AT ANY OF THEIR STORES UNLESS YOU WILL KEEP THE ITEM. They don’t give refunds at all. They also going tell you in order to take your money. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT TAKING YOUR MONEY SERIOUSLY. We are not talking about couple of dollars or hundreds. We’re talking about thousands. I will make sure we don’t shop at ANY OF THE BALENCIAGA STORES OR BUY ANY OF THEIR STUFF AGAIN.

  I appreciate Dylan’s efforts in helping me try on different shoes until I found the right one for me. He was more than happy to help and was professional. I also got a free water while I was there. Overall, a good first-time shopping experience at Balenciaga

  I made a purchase and it was a comment that was made as I walked away from the counter that didn’t sit right with me… It’s your own people(some) that’s unprofessional and only care about a sale… I asked the guy could I get his info so I can continue doing business through him never did get it…. Please read the Reciept NO REFUND!!! My first and last time shopping at Balenciaga ✌🏾
