  I was helped by such a sweet lady. Her name was Krista and she made me feel so good about coming there, never judging. She suggested me jeans and brought me one after another. Great service, wonderful staff member. Thanks Krista!

  I hate that I even have to acknowledge this behavior with a review—but what happened today (04/06/2025) at this store location is absolutely unacceptable. My friend walked in simply looking for a new pair of jeans and left nearly in tears because of the judgmental, mean-girl energy coming from staff. Instead of offering help or a welcoming attitude, they gave her passive-aggressive looks and acted like she didn’t belong there. She left feeling humiliated and took a real hit to her self-esteem—all because a few staff members chose to silently judge instead of showing even a shred of kindness or professionalism. It’s 2025. Women should be building each other up, not tearing each other down with high school clique behavior. It’s honestly pathetic that your employees don’t reflect the body positivity and inclusivity the brand loves to promote on social media. Do better. Train this team to treat every customer with respect and decency, because no one walks into a store expecting to leave feeling worse about themselves. Life is already hard enough.
