- MMMonicaJun 21, 20241.0Like most of the reviews I’ve had some not so kind customer service while shopping. It has been many years since I’ve been in for similar reasons and thought today I would go see if they had a bag I wanted for an upcoming vacation. I figured there was no way the customer service had gotten worse over the years, but I’ve been proven wrong. I managed to circle around the store two times before any of the associates spoke to me, even though two of them were standing at the door when I walked in and there was only one other customer in the store at the time. I overheard her ask a question and she got a rather snappy response and left quickly after. Luckily, Todd appeared from the storeroom and was actually kind and acknowledged me. I did purchase two items and regret doing so after reflecting on the horrible treatment I had. Even at checkout, the employee only spoke to me to give me a total and tell me my items were final sale. Todd was amazing and I feel awful he has to work with such snotty coworkers but this will be the last time I shop with MK. Coach is always friendly and right across the parking lot and if they don’t have what I need, Kate Spade will.
