Jo is amazing! Super sweet and kind. I came for the Friday night Event and she was great. The whole team is nice too. This is my first time here in a long time. They have great finds and great prices. Got a new bag! Whoo!

I wasn't impressed...I have been to Plato's several times in years past, and I feel like their standard has dropped. I took my daughter here (her first time), and a good bit of the items she looked at had either armpit sweat stains, other stains, small holes, or fabric pilling. Some of the prices they were charging for cheaply made items were ridiculous, since when is SHEIN a brand name? And $12 for a t-shirt that only costs $5 new? I would give no stars, but the 2 stars I'm giving are because the staff was very friendly and the dressing rooms were clean.

I have been going to Plato’s closets all over different states for the past 17 years. Literally one of my fav places to sell clothes because I have so many. I been to about 10 locations in that time maybe more. This is the 1st store I see that has a specific brands list. I called before hand yes I was told this but did not know it was that strict. I brought 2 bags in some stuff had tags. The blond girl she wasn’t very friendly just kinda like sign in and she walked away. The other girl that came over was very polite which I appreciated. I never had any Plato’s pass on everything I bought in. I dropped my clothes off and got a txt 11 minutes after I left. They told me they have to stick to the list of brands and they don’t take what I brought in. Definitely a waste of time. I use to go to a Plato’s in New Jersey one of my favorites they were super picky as well and that store ended up closing down. I wouldn’t bother going Just sell on Depop or Vinted from your phone I make sales every day on there. Store is big so go shop but as for selling don’t bother or at least go to the Allentown location not to far away. Very disappointed in my experience here.
