  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sunglass Hut inside Bass Pro, Harrisburg, PA! Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect pair of glasses. I chose the Ray-Ban Skyler Gen 2 Meta glasses, and because I’m a tough fit, we had to go through a second round to get everything just right. Jeff was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure the fit was perfect. When the second pair came in, they were absolutely spot on—better than I could have hoped for! What really stood out was Jeff’s dedication and attention to detail. He made sure everything was ready well in advance of my upcoming trip in July, giving me time to get comfortable and fully enjoy all the features. I truly appreciated that extra level of care. Outstanding, thoughtful service like this is hard to find. If you’re looking for expert help and a personalized experience, I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Jeff—you won’t be disappointed!

  We have the best experience ever to buy sunglasses for my wife and me thanks to Mr. Bob, who was so passionate and kind to show us every kind of sunglasses and he explained in details about each and every pair! we spend about two hours until we finally decided which one to pick and again Mr. Bob show so much respect. Not a lot of people like Mr. Bob around anymore. We are very thankful and grateful to buy from this store.

  Do yourself a favor when shopping for a pair of high end sunglasses and go to a reputable outfitter or shop that knows the products they sell and will stand behind them. This location is nothing more than a kiosk with glorified cashiers trying to sell reputable brand name sunglasses. Gerard the manger knows nothing about the product he sells or how to stand behind a transaction. His condescending demeanor to a simple transaction is not something you would expect from management. All of the glasses that are sold are on display and are used as testers for people to try on. Once a pair is picked, they are simply taken off the shelf and inserted into packaging. Condition is barely checked in a dim lit store. All glasses and mirrors are dirty and full of fingerprints. Again, do yourself a favor, save money and aggravation and shop online for these brands to get true reviews, information and trouble-free returns and exchanges. I have been a loyal buyer of Costa sunglasses for over 20 years and have already contacted them with regards to how their brand is being represented at this location and management. This was far from the experience I have grown to expect from shopping at a Bass Pro or Cabela's. Management like this is the reason most are turning to online transactions.
