  Would never recommend purchasing a firearm online, and expecting pickup to expedite the process in anyway. The head of the gun counter is the only one with an ounce of knowledge. The rest of the staff is not qualified. Nobody has any clue how to do any of the paperwork or online forms. Resulting in the “boss” bouncing from customer to customer. Only portions of forms are being filled out at a time. I waited over an hour and a half from the time I checked in to the time I left. Will not be returning to the gun counter at Bass Pro, 0 stars if possible.

  They got bass, and it is definitely a pro shop. I mostly go here to look at the fish, there pretty cool fish tho.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a beautiful store! Bass Pro Shops is truly an experience, not just a place to shop. The store is two stories and features an enormous fish tank filled with so many beautiful fish that you could spend quite a while just watching them. 🐟🎣 They have an incredible selection of just about everything you could need for the outdoors, including boats, ATVs, fishing gear, hunting equipment, clothing, BBQ supplies, camping gear, and so much more. 🚤🏕️🎯 I also really appreciate the accessibility throughout the store. They have wheelchairs available for customers with disabilities, and an elevator that makes both floors accessible, which makes such a difference for shoppers who need mobility assistance. ♿️❤️ And the staff deserves a huge shoutout! Everyone we encountered was exceptional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Customer service can make or break a shopping experience, and the employees here definitely made ours a great one. If you’ve never visited this Bass Pro Shops, it’s definitely worth checking out. Beautiful, spacious, packed with amazing displays and products, and staffed by wonderful people!

  They advertise scheduled fish feeding and I’ve gone multiple times and the fish have not been fed at any of the times. The kids stand there and wait for 45 minutes and no worker updates anyone about anything. I asked the workers if it is still happening and they say someone will be out and they never come. Another time I asked a different worker and he said he just clocked in and he didn’t even know it was Thursday he doesn’t know what’s going on with the feeding. Poor false advertising and not to mention the fish are visibly ready to eat swimming around at the top and who even knows if they are ever actually being fed. Terrible way to connect with the public through events that never actually happen

  very bad experience on the firearm counter Bass Pro Shop with manager she looks angry and she so taff , we just my and my friend both tried to buy shotgun for hunting and handgun ,on the last steps on application same question i don't understand exactly waht hi mean to put yes or non !! , im asking the manager to explique that question she refused and she said can't help for any explanation about the question cause we don't understand 100% English, so we canceled both the purchase !!!
