  Was here today Friday June 19 around 3:30 -4:30 pm very rude staff! Tried to sale brand new name brand clothes SHEIN torrid and American Eagle. They told me to leave my bag on the floor. I waited an hour and they didn’t go through it I was pacing the store waiting and then at the very end (an hour later after they told me it would be 30 mins) I came up to the counter and they told me my clothes had too much wear when there’s tags on them and the rest were worn once. Very very very disappointed and wish I would have got names. I heard them talking about a Cody and a few girls with blonde hair were there and were EXTREMELY rude to me. I know they didn’t go through my clothes😧 which I don’t even care about that part whatever on that but their attitudes absolutely sucked. I would greatly appreciate a talk with the owner of this Greensburg Plato’s closet! Hi Kate, funny! ,they told me it’d be a half hour before my clothes were looked through and they completed the order as soon as I walked away and sat down on the blue chair in back! I thought something was wrong with your system or something because I knew they didn’t go through my clothes that quick even the blonde hair teenager told me it would be a half hour or so then they'll text Me! So I continued to look through the store at your other torrid and American clothing! MY CLOTHES WERE ALL “FREE OF STAINS, FRESH LAUNDERED AND EVEN FOLDED!!!!” I brought them in a BRAND NEW garbage bag Torrid !and American Eagle ! were the majority of clothes I brought in along with a dress with a $47.90 tag on it . When I looked at the bag in my car nothing had been touched and I was there the entire time and my bag wasn’t picked up or touched obviously because I brought them in a new fabuloso garbage bag! I only had TWO pairs of shein blue jeans shorts worn once . You could have EASILY said the reason they DID NOT go through the bag was because I brought them in a white clean BRAND NEW “fabulous scented “😂 garbage bag! The other teenager with blonde hair chuckled infront of me and proceeded to say “ who brought a garbage bag here” I said “ that’s mine!” And she said “ oh!” And laughed again . This is absurd to me that you would say my bag was went through when I didn’t leave the store and have evidence it wasn’t! Nothing was touched! Not even the clothes with tags. Clearly because I brought them in a garbage bag . Your team and you ( Kate) could have easily told me to bring them in a tote and you’ll go through them again! But I’m glad you didn’t! because I will NEVER be back to any Plato’s closet after this horrible experience!!!!
