Recently I found the need for a pair of winter water proof boots. I saw an ad while watching tv for what looked like the boots I needed. I went to the Glenn Mills location to make my purchase, while I was looking at the great assortment of boots I saw the boot I was looking for… then Matt stopped by to check on me to see if I needed help we talked for awhile about what my needs were what I liked in a boot and we found the perfect pair, not the ones I originally came for, just a perfect pair for me and my job. I had an excellent experience in the entire store. Thanks for having great customer care and thanks to Matt for all his help.

Outstanding experience at the Glen Mills L.L. Bean! The store is gorgeous, massive, and fully stocked. Huge thanks to Bill for taking the time on a busy Saturday night near closing to thoroughly explain the features on the Pathfinder Gore-Tex shell, and to the friendly team at checkout. Having an L.L. Bean right here at Concordville Town Centre is fantastic. Definitely worth a visit!
