  I went to the DSW Store today to get a pair of shoes that I wanted. When I went into the store I already knew what shoes I was looking for. I didn't see them in stock so I took the shoe to the counter to see if the lady at the register can order them for me she said she needed the box to check online so I stepped out of line to get the box and had to wait in line again. When I went back in line she was having a full conversation with the customer at the counter asking how her day was going. I got up to the Counter she pulls up the shoe says she can't order them cause there not in stock I said ok thats fine and walked away Then she waits until I walk away to say have a good day my thing is why didn't I get the some treatment as the lady was in front of me being in a high class neighborhood and store did I look like I didn't have money. I myself being in Retail for 15years she definitely needs more training for customer service. I will take my money and business somewhere else. Won't be back

  The quality of shopping at this DSW has gone significantly downhill in the last year or so. Upon entering the store you’re bombarded with the loudest, most unpleasant music that makes you wish you came equipped with ear plugs. I’m not sure whose idea it was to play music so loudly in a legitimate warehouse building. Each pair of “clearance” shoes you try on is covered in lint, dirt, pet hair, etc. It’s a little too obvious that they’re taking peoples’ returns and placing them right back on the shelf. In the past they used to clean up the shoes a bit to give you the illusion that the clearance item you bought wasn’t previously worn and returned, but that steps seems to be skipped very often now.
