- DGDrew GraybealAug 9, 20261.0Watch out for shoe protection spray charge without your consent. Was charged $8.99 for a "shoe protection spray" at this location without agreeing or consenting. When I saw the receipt after paying I was told it was non-refundable. Their corporate customer support couldn't do anything but offer me a $10 credit towards a future purchase. Pretty shady money grab. I returned everything I bought. Won't shop here again.

I didn't see them in stock so I took the shoe to the counter to see if the lady at the register can order them for me she said she needed the box to check online so I stepped out of line to get the box and had to wait in line again. When I went back in line she was having a full conversation with the customer at the counter asking how her day was going. I got up to the Counter she pulls up the shoe says she can't order them cause there not in stock I said ok thats fine and walked away Then she waits until I walk away to say have a good day my thing is why didn't I get the some treatment as the lady was in front of me being in a high class neighborhood and store did I look like I didn't have money. I myself being in Retail for 15years she definitely needs more training for customer service. I will take my money and business somewhere else. Won't be back
