  I was shopping here with my boyfriend to look at fishing rods. I found one I liked but of course the reel was disconnected?? Interesting. I went to customer service to order the same one they had in store. The guy who ordered it for me was bragging about how he’s about to start a new job at Amazon. He calls a manager over to help him order the rod for me… a month later I haven’t received a call or voicemail from Dunhams saying that it has arrived so I decided to head over there and see what’s up. They said my rod was in the backroom and they tried to call me and leave a voicemail but they said my voicemail box was full. I get voicemails all the time so idk what that guy was talking about. Then I open the box up to look at my rod and it was the wrong one. So I wait a month and don’t get let known that it was delivered AND they ordered the wrong one. I wouldn’t bother to shop here. Bald short man behind counter acted condescending as well like I didn’t know how to use my voicemail.

  Frank treated me with the upmost respect! Best dunhams employee out there, answered all the questions i asked and gave me solid advice. Ended up making a $800 purchase with frank and it was worth every penny!
