The level of customer service at this store is why I exclusively carry MK bags and only shop here for them. Hannah always manages to find solutions for what I need and the specific items I came in for. If it's not in stock here, she always finds it and has it shipped to me.

Terrible service. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, 5 people working and not one greeting. They were too busy dancing, socializing, and talking about personal stuff to talk with customers. Worst experience ever at a a MK store. Shame on them... manager was one of them because I asked 😠
