They are one of the most disrespectful places here in Erie. They can deny anybody and even know they done a background check and ya paid on line. They will refund you and not give you what you order if you pick up in store and order online. Even tho the background was great everything .they made it to were even you can't do anything in 31 days. From there store That's crazy.

Recently purchased a fishing reel paid $125 for this reel, salesman talk me into letting him put new 6 lb test line on that I was charged an extra $9 for and this fishing line was nothing but garbage. The first time I tried to cast it just Tangles up into a big knots, had to keep cutting it off and rerigging my pole. The line actually broke when I was just beaching a 14-in brown trout . Definitely not happy with this garbage fishing line or the idiot salesman that sold it to me!

Purchases a firearm for the first time here to start collecting (I was a bit nervous of the process) — and I regret it. The firearm itself is great, however the experience was laughable to say the least.
The employee who wore sunglasses INDOORS AT 7PM 😂 that I had the misfortune of interacting with was extremely dismissive, rude and condescending. I felt like I was an inconvenience the entire time. He made sure to point out almost every mistake that I either said/made during the process which is absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional.
Towards the end of the transaction, when I declined a protection plan with them, he said to me “Don’t come back complaining to me when it breaks”.
Seeing another costumer’s review stating the same issue regarding the same employee, the issue was clearly never addressed.
I will be taking my future business elsewhere to somewhere where customers are treated with respect, and beginners are felt welcome—not like toddlers.
This review is specifically for the Guns & Ammo department, no experience with others.
Bottom line is: if you’re looking for your first firearm—don’t go here, period. Unless you want to feel spoken down too. I wouldn’t even recommend this to experienced firearm owners. Would rate 0 if I could for the Sunglasses Man.
