  Incredibly disappointed, purchased a firearm from this place months ago, went great 5 star experience. Today I call in asking if they buy firearms and they inform me that they do and that I should bring it in and let them check it out and they can maybe offer me some money for it. That was acceptable to me so after I was done doing errands I went to the house, looked over and cleared the thing and make a rather out the way drive up to the store and I go to check it in with customer service and they tell me they arent buying guns today 😐. Tremendous waste of time and effort and very disappointing especially cause I called ahead of time and was told to come in like seriously? Didn't even tell me to come to the back and maybe work a deal out for a better day or something. Great place to buy a gun but terrible experience selling one to them

  Bucks and crkts for days visited this spot all the way from Ohio just to come here and check this place out ,they had 22 short ! Can't find this stuff nowhere ,ammo for days for any caliber you need,bows,crossbow galore whatever you need guaranteed these guys have it .

  Terrible experience recently, stood at the firearms counter for 45 minutes waiting, just to be told by one of two employees working the counter, "we'll be right with you". Then made direct eye contact with the other employee as he went into the backroom to put a firearm away, then proceeded to ignore me and my buddy and move onto two new customers that came in after me and my friend did. i made my way to the front register to ask for a manager or someone else that could help us purchase a firearm as i had been waiting for 48 minutes now, just to be told "no problem, ill radio in for help." i then proceeded to walk back to the firearms counter and waited another 15 minutes before walking out. I felt disappointed as ive spent quite a good amount of money here and was bragging about how easy the process here was, as i've purchased firearms from here and planned to purchase another, only to be let down in front of my friend we were trying to initially purchase a firearm for (his first one). That was an hour and 10 minutes of my sunday i wont be getting back. You would think they would staff them selves properly for the weekends while majority of the town is off work, not during the week days.
