We had the best shopping experience thanks to Darrell. He was patient with us while we looked at different boots. He told us all about the story of the bean boot. Darrell is passionate about LL Bean and their products and he hopes everyone enjoys their purchase as much as he loves what he owns. Thank you LL Bean in Erie for a great experience!

We went to the Erie LLBean today so my mom could buy some clothes. We were assisted by a lovely woman named Anne who could not have been nicer or more helpful. If you go there, ask for her; you won't be disappointed! The store is beautiful, well-maintained and spacious. It was a great experience. Thanks again, Anne.

I never leave reviews on google however I have had the most unpleasant experience with someone who was helping me check out incredibly rude insulting demeanor and outright a horrible experience not the stores fault expect for the fact that they hired this guy. His name was will. Won't return again.

Great store, and extremely friendly staff. Everything they sell is made to last. LL Bean is my go-to store for quality clothes, shoes, and other outdoor products. I also appreciate how helpful the employees are!
