I would go anywhere else for the same thing they can provide and probably at half the cost & with employees and a company that actually cares about their customers. I had ordered an arrangement and within 24 hours I had to cancel. I canceled over 24 hours before the date of delivery and made sure on the website that they had not started making my arrangement. They completely ignored my request, proceeded to charge and delivery anyways. When I sent out a message to refund due to this mix up, once again, they ignored me and closed the ticket- without any resolution. I will absolutely never order from here again. It’s one thing to make a mistake and another to completely ignore a paying customer simply to benefit their profit.

The chocolate-covered strawberries were fresh, sweet, and a nice size, but the flower arrangement deserves only one star. When I picked up the arrangement, I noticed the flowers looked old and half dead, so I asked the young lady to change them and she kindly did. The new bunch seemed somewhat better, but when I got home and took them out of the plastic wrapper I was extremely disappointed, they were just as bad as the first bunch. I ended up throwing out half of the arrangement. I'm upset my daughter spent her money in this place
