- DODonna O2 days ago1.0Usually I don't have a problem with this store, but today they wouldn't accept a return. As shown in the photo, returns after 60 days are given store credit which was fine with me. Guy was not mean but he refused. Called customer service and was provided a return slip for fed ex AND I'll get it charged back to my original payment, so I guess that's a win but I wasted a trip and will have to make another trip out. Annoying but whatever.

- DRDonna RubinSep 16, 20261.0Had a very bad experience shopping at DSW in Downingtown after the employee rang me up for the shoes they couldn’t find a box. The manager came over and said the shoes cannot be returned I informed the manager that I asked before I was rung up if the shoes could be returned, and I was told they could be. The manager repeatedly said this is our policy very disappointed.
- STSir ThomasAug 24, 20262.0My wife placed an order for shoes for our oldest. She added my name as a pickup person. I walk across the parking lot, all three kids in tow, and I give the gentleman who helped me my name. He says, "That's not the name she put down." So I gave him her name. "You'll have to go get the last four digits of the order number." So, back to the car I go with my army, and then we walk back in. He hands me the order. So, in summary: He saw the name, and knew which order was mine, but still insisted on making me return with some sort of additional proof, besides giving him BOTH names on the order. I also confirmed with my wife that my name was, indeed, on the order after returning home. And retail stores wonder why they're struggling in the Amazon era. 🙄
