I usually shop here but I am extremely disappointed with my last order. I'll never shop at this location again. Extremely disappointed with how my order was handled. I received notification SEVEN DAYS AGO that my shoes were ready for pickup. I went to the store today to pick them up, only to be told that the shoes are now on backorder. How does an order go from “ready for pickup” to backordered a week later? If my shoes were ready, they should have been allocated to my order and held for me. Instead, it appears the pair that was supposed to be mine was sold or otherwise given to someone else. Had I been told a week ago that the shoes were unavailable, I could have purchased them somewhere else. Instead, I relied on the store’s confirmation, made the trip to pick them up, and left empty-handed. The most frustrating part is that there was no reasonable explanation for what happened to the shoes that were supposedly already there and ready for me. This was poor inventory management and even worse customer service. A “ready for pickup” notification should actually mean the customer’s order is READY FOR PICKUP.
