  I broke a necklace and needed the chain repaired. It is a very delicate white gold chain. I was met immediately and helped right away. I explained my issue, they confirmed they could repair with no concerns. I had my necklace back in a few days! I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price and the fast turn around. I was so happy with my experience I bought some new jewelry as well. I have absolutely no complaints with anyone at this business and highly recommend.

  Staff are always helpful and friendly. They know my tastes and introduce me to new items when I drop by the store. I'm greeted when I walk through the store. You can't go wrong shopping for that special gift.

  Every time I enter the store I am greeted by name and treated like family. Not only is the products offered top notch but the service is unbeatable. They have helped us find the most beautiful wedding bands and I recommend Cody and his team to anyone who listens. I can’t stop buying things from them. Still unsure if this is a problem or not. I may need help!

  We were taken care of immediately when we opened the door. The Jewelry Consultant walked to meet us and noticed I had my paperwork to have my jewelry inspected and he got that process started right away. He observed my bezel set ring and began showing us similar items... we did not go to look, but while we were waiting, it never hurts to browse. For myself, I did make 3 purchases because the consultant was so engaging, thoughtful and kind!! We certainly did not look like the couple that was going to make purchases , so really appreciate our associate treating us like we would. Well done on training your staff, it was a nice touch seeing the jewelry I was wearing and moving in that direction.

  Amazing experience. Joe was very knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process of picking out engagement and wedding bands. We found exactly what we wanted, they were on sale at a great price, we did the layaway plan, and were ready to go with sizing when we paid off. I get compliments daily on my set and am so glad we went to Belle Jewelers.
