  I had a wonderful experience at Parker Jewelers, even though I was not making a purchase that day. This review is on their amazing customer service. Katrina greeted me warmly and truly listened as I explained what I was looking for. She brought out several rings to help narrow down the style I liked and made the entire wish-list process feel comfortable and casual, with absolutely no sales pressure. When you walk into Parker Jewelers, you are walking into a family owned jewelry store filled with filled with appreciation for all the staff, love for the customers, and beautiful products.

Whether you are buying something lovely for a special occasion, having major repair work done, or just having the battery replaced in your watch, you can count on Josh and Katrina and their staff. Their prices are very reasonable, and the care you receive is second to none.
